Filo-Baked Fresh Figs w/ Blue Cheese & Greek Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1 Fig per pastry
  • Filo-pastry
  • Blue cheese
  • Greek Yoghurt

Method

  • Melt the butter
  • Brush your filo pastry
  • Fold in half then half again
  • Push into your mould
  • Add some diced blue cheese
  • Make quarter incisions in your figs
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  • Can be served with or without Greek yoghurt depending on your desired level of sweetness
