Ingredients
- 1 Fig per pastry
- Filo-pastry
- Blue cheese
- Greek Yoghurt
Method
- Melt the butter
- Brush your filo pastry
- Fold in half then half again
- Push into your mould
- Add some diced blue cheese
- Make quarter incisions in your figs
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Can be served with or without Greek yoghurt depending on your desired level of sweetness
