Beetroot Alforno w/ Creme Fraiche and Pea Shoots

Ingredients

  • Beetroot
  • Cream
  • Creme Fraiche
  • Pea Shoots

Method

  • Peel beetroots, slice and cut into rounds.
  • Place the beetroot into the cream and place into a small pan
  • Bake in the oven at 180c for 20 – 25min until the beetroot is soft
  • Finish with creme fraiche and pea shoots
